  Sat in a stall for over 10 minutes after pushing the button and no one came over the intercom or anything to take an order there was no one else that stalls in the drive-through only had about five people for being a Sonic they should be more eager to take orders and stuff would not ever recommend

  I use the app and everytime ive come here recently ive had to wait at least half an hour, one time it was just 1 dr pepper and it still took half an hour. I went tonight used the app and we waited for over 45 minutes called the store and then around the 1 hour mark they finally brought our food out. All we had was 2 burgers 2 drinks not a huge order. The food is just okay but the wait is abysmal. The car hop tried to tell us that they apparantly fired 4 people today and they are supposed to have 7 people in thekitchen and only had 4. I would only go drive through if you go here that's the only way you may possibly not wait over half an hour. Everyone that doesn't do drive through ends up waiting over half an hour. The wait is not worth the sub par food.

  The All American Smasher Meal was AMAZING! The kitchen staff prepared it very well and it was warm when it came out! The manager was such a great person, she was sweet, nice, and we had wonderful small talk, honestly Thé service alone was a 6/5 and the inside was so retro! I loved it!

  It took over 1 hour to just get 1 milkshake and 1 sundae. During that time I pushed the red button 3 times to talk to someone about our order, and no one responded. I had to call the store at the 45 minute mark about the order. At the hour mark is when the worker came out to hand us the milkshake and sundae, they had already melted a bit. She said they had just been sitting for about 10 minutes and got slightly upset when we asked for a refund, and gave her back the milkshakes.

  I placed an order and parked at one of the mobile pick up order spots and no one came out to bring me my meal. And when I went thru to the drive thru to ask for my food the person answering cut me off half way through what I was asking and rushed me along. They clearly are very understaffed, but I waited much longer for my food than anyone on the drive thru, mobile order should be a priority too.
