  Absolutely the worst service in NM. The Area Manager was our cashier, and she charged us $3.58 for two large ice waters, which I didn't notice until the next day on my receipt. She was very rude and unaccommodating on my request to modify another item that I ordered. The public has options of where to spend their money, and we will be more selective the next time we are in town.

  Visited this location 2 days in a row and was denied an iced caramel macchiato drink both times due to the coffee brew machine being cleaned. This location must have the cleanest macchiato machine company wide as it doesn’t produce any drinks. We were served by the Area Manager who was rude and not helpful. In an economy where folks get to choose where to eat and get refreshments you have to treat your customers as VIPs and not an inconvenience. Men’s bathroom was also trashed. Sonic across the street and Circle K down the road looking like a better options.
