  I paid for pan pizza and received thin pizza. When I called to let them know about the mistake the assistant manager in duty told me that I would be refunded for the pizza. He told me the manager in the morning would take care of it. I call the next day and another assistant manager was rude and called me a liar because the assistant manager did not telling them. She called me rude and hunger up on me. I called back and she hunger up or me. She waa super rude.

  We were in Silver City for a volleyball game on Saturday. We called to reserve and give time to the store to prepare for a group of 25 players and parents. We were told that we could not eat in. I was told that we were too many and that we could not eat there. The store is plenty big but they did not want to deal with us because there were only two people working. We took out business elsewhere. Wonder if the owner would be happy to know he/she lost a sale of 25 people.

  My husband and I were passing through and stopped to order a pizza for dine in service. Asked what we were there for by gal with purple hair and glasses. Stated we were there to eat pizza. Reluctantly handed a menu at the counter and asked if it was just the two of us. I said yes (not sure why that question was asked as restaurant was empty but for one table). Was asked again if just two, once more answered yes. At that point, was accused of being rude. I told her I was not being rude at which point she said she was denying us service. We left (who would want to stay with that kind of attitude) but my husband went back in to ask for the manager. Same gal said she was the manager but declined to give her name and instead threatened to call the police. Avoid this establishment at all costs!

  The manager was so helpful and the service was great! Pizza and wings were delicious ad always!!!!

  Just a bad experience overall. Ordered online and went to pickup when the tracker said my order was ready. The guy at the front says it'll be another 8-10 mins for our order. I go back to sit in the car and come back in 8 mins later. He says my order is ready. No bread sticks are with it so I ask and he said oh we're out. I had to ask what my options were (irritated this wasn't mentioned when I first came in) he said a dessert. I picked a cookie and he said it'll be 10 mins. At that point my food was going to be cold by the time I get back to eat it so I ask if I can just get a refund. When the girl there was informed of this she snapped at me and said "well we already put the cookie in" I said okay well now I have to wait even more and she just kept yelling over me that I asked for it to be remade so she remade it. I didn't ask for anything to be remade, y'all didn't have breadsticks. She was extremely unpleasant. THEN.... We get back and our order is even more wrong!!!! The pineapple pizza is actually pepperoni and the chicken bacon Parm melt was made with thick cut ham instead of the bacon that is always on pizza. No one wants straight up ham on pizza, it wasn't even Canadian bacon style! Save yourself the hassle and just go to dominos or papa johns.
