  Absolutely ridiculous. This place needs better people and management. They need to be more on there store. I placed a mobile order at 10:12AM! i live far but this is the closest mcdonald’s to my location so i decided to place my breakfast here i got here at 10:38AM there’s a long line at that point but i continue to go in drive thru told them about my order they proceed to tell me to pull forward thinking my order is ready of course . NOPE👎 they told me instead “sorry your order got cancelled” why not say that at the drive thru menu? on top of that they don’t even have management say it . When i did speak to management HE SEEMED NOT TO CARE. He didn’t even speak back just looked at me blank. that’s the type of management you have in your store just shows what type of business they run here. This isn’t the first time but you keep thinking they’d change but no, you guys are just getting lazy and worse. You need better workers, ones that actually enjoy there job. Ones that actually build a connection with customers. Mcdonald’s may be the biggest fast food company but has the worst workers and attitude and it’s so sad to see that what we given to reservation .
