  So First off Whataburger is so much much much much much better than McDonald's, Lotaburger I haven't eaten McDonald's in 5 years though yuck, I have been going to Whataburger for years in abq, this New Location is Great however, I went this morning just before 6am, I did not leave the Drive through until 6:45am There were 4 vehicles aheadof me. Also there was apparently some issues with the intercom at the drive thru, but yeah over 45 minutes with only 4 vehicles ahead of me That is unacceptable, then I made the mistake of not checking my order so I drove off missing half my order do I had to drive back I had only drove like 3 min away so I had to turn around but just the hassle and the 50 minute wait in the Drive thru with only 4 vehicles in line, The Coffee was cold when I got it, I know we are living in Expensive times but there is no reason my order should have cost $19.45 for a Patty Melt and a Breakfast sandwich meal $6.99 for the Breakfast meal sandwich the Patty melt is $10.99 just the Sandwich is should be $5 Tops, but of course people say it's cause of Covid, or just everything is expensive now also this place is busy 24 hours a day there is no reason it should be this much, It is Still very good I want them to Succeed here in Santa Fe, But they gotta get better I get it I get it I worked Fast food when I was a Teenager so I know how it is.

  The premise with WhatABurger is that it's open 24 hours a day. I have had this all over the country as all hours of the 24 hr period. I have never run into a closed dinning room! Lame in my opinion! I guess we don't get the same quality in Santa Fe NM as in Texas let's see how long it takes the quality of food to sink like other fast food in Santa Fe!

  6 day review So it's been about a week that's Whataburger has been open and my review on it is their parking situation is ALL messed up! Also I think handicap parking has to be available for a business to operate legally in NM. Whoever drewup the plans for the parking area and drive-thru, where crossed eyed. The handicap parking is inaccessible. You'd be trapped and at the mercy of those people in the drive-up window line, and the parking area second closest to the building is blocked off and they're not letting anybody park there because of the drive-thru line. The food is good, but I figure that they are loosing business because patrons can't park and go into the restaurant. There's only about 15 to 20 spaces and they're mostly full. To the west side of the parking spot spaces there are four spaces being occupied by the mobile storage containers so they're also short-changing themselves space for potential people can park.

  Came to order food they had a young girl working outside was told we could park to order our food inside. Could not park in handicap it was blocked with cones. When I opened the door a worker came running up to me saying the lobby was closed. He closed the door in my face. The app and the sign on the building says 24 hours opened. I get it it's new to santa fe but if you don't get your stuff together it will not last. What a shame guess I'll just keep going to bernallio.

  First time trying Whataburger ..Not impressed with the burgers at all .. got the bacon cheeseburger and first bite was nothing but onions and that was the best part of the burger and I hate onions ..took a few off and tasted like nothing .. got my girl the chicken sandwich and they should leave that to Chick-fil-A.. no seasoning or condiments..
