    I remember a time when fast food was actually cheap. these fools are literally charging prices you could get a good burger or a big burrito for at other places. Goodbye garbage

    Went to taco bell. Wanted to order was told I had to order on the app or the kiosk. I told the worker I don't like using it was told sorry.Rude! We can go to the drive up and they'll take our order. Went to McDonald's instead, they know how to help their customers.

    I walked in just to get completely ignored by every single staff and manger on the floor, as well as was every single other customer inside the establishment. I placed my order which included a drink, upon pickup I did not receive my drink and was ignored once again by several employees and what seems to be management walking by. When I finally got the attention af an employee she stated that the matchine was broken, which is no big deal, but could have been stated when my order was handed over. And when the order was handed over the employee walked away with no time for me to even ask for something as simple as a sauce or my cup. No one on the floor was wearing a name tag. And the lady who issued my refund for my freeze did not change out her gloves after she handles cash. As a manager in food service for the past 4 years, this experience was completely unacceptable and is a disgrace to the food service industry. I am completely disgusted all around and hope things change very fast and soon! Managements seems to just be jacking each other off instead of making sure protocols are being followed, and food safety is being met. This experience at this specific Taco Bell makes me not even want to eat the food I just spent my hard earmed money on. What a shame!! Management here is a joke!

    (ALL DOOR DASH AND DELIVERY DRIVERS). if you accept a door dash order for this taco bell and you get there and the lobby is locked with key even in broad daylight at 7:00-8:00 pm, and they refuse to give you your order at the door and direct you to the drive through which may I add has a line of cars out to the street. IMMEDIATELY UNNASIGN YOURSELF AND CANCEL THAT ORDER AND THEN DRIVE AWAY. don't let them waste your time and money because they're lazy and lock the lobby. You guys are so rude for that. You literally lock the last customers eating inside and ignore the delivery drivers at the door who are trynna make a living. Weather it's protocol or not to lock that front door you can't impede and take it out on the delivery people. Your messing with other people's money, you people don't even look busy back there you guys are all just talking, laughing, flirting with each other, and walking in and out to the bathroom SO NOW every time I get a doordash for here and it's locked, im canceling it. 🚨As all delivery drivers should🚨. It's simple, just cancel the order and put down the reason as "lobby was locked and employees refused to hand over order. Don't let them play with your money.

    Rude manager who's not willing to help somebody in need I don't ever ask for anything but I forgot my wallet and I'm out of town right now so I asked this manager if I could clean the windows or throw some trash or something just for a little bit of food and he kind of just smirked at me make me feel extremely more embarrassed than I already am but just completely rude and not willing to help somebody in need also not being judgmental he barely spoke English a worker has to translate for him
