  I’m honestly very frustrated with my experiences at Taco Bell. Almost every time I place an order, something is wrong—either items are missing or the order isn’t made correctly. I recently spent around $68, and even with that, my order was still incomplete. What makes it worse is that there’s no easy way to fix the issue. The store doesn’t answer the phone, so the only option is to drive all the way back just to address a mistake that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. For the amount of money customers are spending, there should be better quality control and basic communication. This has been a consistent problem, not just a one-time issue. Very disappointing.

  What is the point of ordering what you never receive in your bag? Even when you remind them two and three times. They're like you want to come back for that know it's inconveniencing, there's no customer service anymore!
