- MFMark FrossardApr 9, 20263.0I appreciate having this Subway as an easy lunch option, and the food is always dependable. That said, the service at this location hasn’t been as strong. Staff members often seem unsure about menu items or ingredients. During my most recent visit, the sandwich maker didn’t recognize the term “mini sub” and was also chatting on the phone through earbuds. I still enjoy the convenience, but I hope to see improvements in service and training.
- CLCameron LeybaApr 2, 20261.0Man if I could give subway 0 stars I would after deciding to give them another try again after a Horrible experience at the Rodeo rd Location less than a week prior, So I thought let me give them another chance and try the one 5041 Main street here in Santa Fe sure enough they let Me/Us down again, if it's not their payment system it is the Food, So we ordered a Sandwich a particular way it even stated what we ordered on the receipt but I guess the employee was being Lazy or didn't care or Both, So we called to complain we spoke to an employee named "Rosalee" she told us to drive all the way back to get the ingredients, not a refund or a free sandwich then she had the nerve to hang up on Us she was very rude and inconsiderate, So she should be retrained or disciplined, Well subway has lost me as a Customer now for good, Firehouse has been giving a better quality of meal lately, So I would highly recommend not going to any subway restaraunts in Santa fe they are all owned by the same people.
