  I dont ever remember seeing such a trashy location before. Came here to visit from Albuquerque and the store had trash all over the ground. Trays were not put away and tables weren't wiped. I expected more from Santa Fe than Abq. Workers mostly looked unfriendly and lazy. Restrooms were dirty and had no soap in men's restroom.

  *Editing to add: turns out my usual order was replaced by basically the same thing with a different name that I could've ordered, which makes me even angrier that the manager said they couldn't make it for me after waiting with no response in a drive-thru for almost half an hour. Just sat in the drive-through for 25 minutes and no one answered the radio. Went in and found out they've taken what I always order off the menu. This was one of my favorite places to eat and I'm truly bummed, not only because I'm starving after over half an hour of waiting and they've ruined my night.anager smiled while saying there was nothing they could do, too...they couldn't give me what they just took off their menu (they still have all the elements of it, just took away the combo) after waiting pointlessly for half an hour? Truly outrageous.

  when i started coming, our order was fine an everything was right. lately, our orders have been wrong or missing something. one time our order was wrong 3 times on the same day. also, some of the workers have terrible attitudes.

  Just left Panera it's Saturday April 4th at 5pm and I am not only disappointed but disgusted with how dirty it was. Every table, the entire floor and every trash can was embarrassingly dirty. The girl at the counter Neena I believe, was sweet and the only reason service got 5 stars. Panara is not cheap and if I'm paying 50+ dollars on average, today spending 75. Cleanliness should not be a concern. I didn't even mention the bathroom yet, I walked in and walked right back out. I'll spare the readers the details of just how bad it was. The Manager should be fired. I have lots of understanding, when it's busy it can be hard to keep up. I sat there with my partner for just about an hour and it was not busy at all. There is no excuse.

  The dirtiest Panera that I've ever been in. Every table needed to be wiped, there was garbage all over the floor. It was so dirty it made me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen and its staff. We were also told they were out of breadbowls, although we could see some behind the counter.
