  The ambiance of this place is unmatched! It’s not often you find a winery that grows all their own ingredients. Our server Shannon was very knowledgeable and helpful on the wine selection. They have a large selection from dry to sweet, bubbles to desserts, everyone is sure to find a wine they will enjoy here.

  We’ve Visited Santa Fe Quite A Few Times, And For Us Herve Is A Must Stop, They Have A Great Wine Selection And The Food Is Incredible!. The Atmosphere Is Very Inviting, Nick Is Very Attentive And Knowledgeable, This Time We Meet Shannon The Bartender She Have A Beautiful Personality. This Place Is Absolutely Amazing Highly Recommended!…After The Long Walks Going Around Santa Fe Shopping This Is The Perfect Place To Stop And Have A Glass Of Wine.

  So glad to have discovered this hidden gem of a wine bar/restaurant in Santa Fe. The atmosphere is very inviting, bright, friendly…great vibes overall. The wine choices are eclectic, accompanied by very tasty and high quality food choices. What really stood out was our server Shannan, a beautiful, attentive and genuinely warm and friendly person. Thank you for bringing a little bit of urban and international feel to Santa Fe.

  Our experience at Hervé was disappointing from start to finish. It began with a snippy host who set a negative tone for the evening. We were seated at a couch and asked to be moved to a table once one opened up, but despite several tables sitting empty throughout our visit, we were completely ignored. To make matters worse, many items on the menu were unavailable. We were told we could order entrees at the couch, yet they never arrived. Even for the appetizer we did manage to get, we weren’t provided with basic necessities like napkins or cutlery.

  Recently stopped in for a couple glasses of wine and ended up leaving with a few bottles, which says everything you need to know. Leslie was incredible. Super knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable without ever being pushy. You can tell she really knows her stuff and cares about what she’s recommending. Because of her, this turned from a quick stop into a place we’ll absolutely be coming back to.
