Better than expected burgers. Standard topping is mushrooms so be careful.

Wow, a small, cold burger served in about 15 mins for over $10. Amazing.

Ordered two burgers and while cooked fine, I was missing a patty on one and both had incorrect toppings. Receipt was correct, check your order after they give it to you, I guess.

Burger and shake were both fantastic! Friendly service and I noticed how clean the kitchen staff was when handling my food.

Usually a fan of five guys, but not this one. Atmosphere is not clean, food took way too long to receive and they’re only two customers. Employees were talking and laughing amongst each other’s and being serious and sarcastic with customers, almost as if they were bothered that they even had to do work. The kID with the long hair was extremely rude when I had asked if we could get our french fries while we were waiting since it was taking so long. My three-year-old son was hungry and rather than scoop up french fries and handed to me seeing is how we were the only customers in there along with one other customer, he told me that it would be out with my food In an extremely rude and dismissive way. Keep in mind, those french fries were sitting there since I walked in. When he served the french fries they came out cold and they were overcooked. Basically we got crunchy cold french fries. The only thing that was warm was the burger which is why I gave two stars, but it should be one. The attitude of the heartless, long-haired kid do not even care about a three-year-old and making them wait while they’re crying really bothered me. Not only that, the employees all huddled together instead of working on the two orders that they had and the long-haired kid was complaining that I said something. Seems like they’re all just as lazy as the other because they laughed and brushed it off and didn’t realize that I was looking when they gave me a hand gesture. It shows a lack of empathy for humanity and honestly, I won’t be going back to five guys again if this is how they allow their employees to treat customers, especially toddlers. Have a heart long hair KID.
