  Closes way too early. Weird behavior from the staff. This evening I wanted some Subway at 8:29pm, found a location close to me, and saw that the lights were on, staff was there, and the sign was lit up: “open.” I tried the door, which was locked, but as soon as I did the lights flashed off and all the employees inside scrambled out of sight. Dead silent for 10 minutes. Went to a different Subway after which was open and they delightfully made my order. Please update the site so it says you close at 8pm, or maybe hire some less lazy workers.

  Employee needs more training on the register and some incentive to work faster. It took 10 mins for him to make my sub with no one waiting in front of me and another 5 to ring me up. I ordered a classic Italian BMT, he wrang me up for an Ultimate BMT because "theres no option for Italian BMT." I paid the more expensive price for the ultimate because I had to go to work and didnt have time for him to figure out how to work the register. If I had known he was going to work that slowly I would've just skipped this subway altogether because he made me almost late for work. I showed up at 6:40 with 20 minutes to spare before my shift... no reason I should've been late with no wait ahead of me.

  Very poor customer service at this location. I requested to use two coupons which the Subway employee said was okay and he made me two sandwiches. When he charged me, he then did a 180 and told me he can't accept the coupons anymore. They were not expired but he refused to take them. I took the high road and requested a receipt so I would contact Subway directly on this as the employee was not knowledgeable on how to handle this. On the website I could not find a way to contact about customer experience. I tried the phone number on the receipt and it was an automated machine that did not give me an option to speak to someone to leave information. Finally a few days later (less than a week) I went back to that same Subway location and spoke with the manager about the issue of the employee not accepting the coupons after they initially did. The manager called his boss and he told me according to the boss since the transaction happened over 24 hours ago there cannot be any compensation. Highly disappointed, but now I know this Subway location (and probably others) values themselves before their customers. Hence the poor customer service and I will not be returning.
