- JRJezNé RiveraMay 27, 20252.0Made an online order at 2:05pm. The Subway app notified me my order was ready at 2:25pm but I arrived at 2:20pm. My order wasn’t ready and there were three people in line. All those customers were taken care of, second employee went to take care of side tasks while the other employee was tending to the front by organizing the small items in the counter. A total of 11 customers received their order before mine by the time I left. didn’t receive mine until 2:42pm and my half hour lunch was wasted. Location needs to improve their mobile app order process or else there’s 0 point in ordering ahead of time.
