The coupon wasn't scanning, so the manager told me it was because I had already used the coupon that I just got in the mail. I literally had to argue with her to force her to use the coupon after she basically accused me of trying to scam. The store was absolutely filthy. There was trash everywhere, and a large puddle of condensate water from the ac dripping on the floor. The employees were just standing around playing on their phones while the store was in this condition. Something needs to be done about this location because it is poorly run and disgusting.

I was like fine give me the subs and refund me the money for the pizza and oh god I didn’t imagine that explaining this would be a big hassle. The rep I got a call from did not know English and I tried my best to make her understand but no, she told me her manager would call but I never received a call and the app said the order was picked up. I tried calling back and after 3-4 attempts I was able to get a hold of them and guess what it was the same person and then I just said two works “Order cancel” but I’m still unsure if she understood that. My money is still not refunded and I don’t know what to do..
