  Stay away and go the extra miles to Albuquerque. This place is in desperate need of a renovation or else to just be closed down. All of the seats are ripped tables are chipped and they just don’t keep the place clean whatsoever. I saw a girl cleaning a table yesterday and she never bothered to even wipe it down and left trash And under the table. You basically have to clean your own table if you want to eat your food inside. The service is extremely slow, and if you order a drink, don’t expect to get your cup. I’ve asked repeatedly why they don’t give me a cup when they call my number I said am I supposed to get it from the front counter and they said no we give But like it clearly says on the ticket, I ordered a drink. They just can’t seem to get that straight. I love Panera, but this is not worth it. This location is deplorable and if I want to go to Panera, I will just drive the extra miles and go to Albuquerque from now on! Those stores are so much nicer, cleaner and have better service.

  Been eating at this Panera for YEARS. It was never amazing, but always solidly good, which made it my go to for lunch between errands. Today was different. I got the broccoli cheese soup and blueberry lemonade, like usual, and it was not good. By the time my soup came out it had a pretty solid film on top but most egregious was the lemonade. You know how when you finish a drink and let the ice melt and take that last little sip before you throw it away? Yeah, it was that incredibly watered down. It was a a brighter than usual color, like it was full of dye and not actually juice. I took two sips before ultimately throwing it away. I was looking forward to how good this drink normally is and what I got was just a slap in the face. The people here are always helpful and nice, but I won’t go if I pay for a fruit drink and instead get water with the idea of maybe a fruit.

  I don’t know which kid they have working for them during the afternoons but he needs a better attitude.why should someone spend $20 on a meal with crappy customer services.

  I had been coming to the Panera Bread location in Santa Fe once a week since moving to town but I do not believe I will return. Francisco at the drive through had me repeat my order (the same order I get every time) 4 times. I thought something seemed off so I asked for my receipt. It wasn’t even close to my order. Of course by then he had moved into the store out of earshot (or at least he pretended not to hear me). When he brought my food( sure enough it was wrong. I called him back to the window and had him repeat my order back to me after telling it to him a 5th time. When he brought my sandwich I gave it a quick glance and thought it was finally correct only to discover upon arriving home that it had egg whites instead of eggs. I tried to call the store to no avail. I would recommend to avoid this location.

  Might as well have robots preparing food. No greeting, order online in the store, text message to pick up order. Breakfast sandwich slopped together, had to ask for my cup to get my tea, then had to ask for hot water for the tea. Loud mexican rap music playing, and they had the audacity to suggest “tip the team?”. Won’t be back.
