The employees curse over the speaker in drive thru, have zero customer service skills, cannot get your order correct to save their lives and want you to proceed to the last window so they can stand around and chit chat. The burgers we didn’t order were cold as were the fries. This will never be on a stop I make again. I get making one mistake, but two? It’s a pattern now and one I do not need to repeat for a third time.
