  Was not happy with my medium coffee. It was so watered down. I always go almost every morning for coffee and this morning it was gross.

  They took 30 minutes to give me my order and none of the staff speak english and even if you speak spanish to them they still don't understand, meanwhile they're all gossiping to each other in Spanish talking crap about the customers that come in. And there was no ink for the recept printer meaning they just gave paper. There was also nobody at the front counter making everyone that wanted to order in person wait for over 30 minutes. Don't waste your time coming over here just go to any other one besides this one and you'll have a way better experience

  Got English muffins and coffee, food was okay- not northern American mcdonald quality. service from the manager with the scarf around her neck was not good. She handed my order to me and I asked if I could have some cream and sugar and she walked away from me. The gal that was training seen it happen and she came over and apologized for the manager being rude to me and gave me cream and sugar. If the lady all the way on the other end heard me I know the manager heard me. If I was the district manager I would put her back in an entry level job or suspend with out pay for being rude to my guests. She was not only rude to me I witnessed her being rude to another guest that came in to ask about items missing from a drive thru order.

  This location gets the order wrong a lot whether its the item, size or if you said no cheese or not. And they argue when you try to get it fixed even if you have the receipt. Mobile orders at this location are especially the worst dont come to this location.
