When I went inside to fix the misunderstanding, Cienna, the employee who took my order, was incredibly rude. I've never been talked to that way in my life. I was trying to be polite and explain that I didn't want the meal, just the sandwich, but she was completely unhelpful and disrespectful. Getting charged for just buns when I asked for the sandwich is ridiculous (who even orders just the buns without being specific), but the way Cienna handled the situation was unacceptable." #mcpunked
