It's not Subway. I was told by family I trust that this restaurant was leagues better than subway. The sandwich was packed with ingredients but no flavor.

October 11 2025 Jimmy John’s a place that’s main purpose is to serve lunch is closed from 12-1 for the employees lunch break. I came in to order a sandwich at 12:30. Went to sit down to enjoy and associate said we’re closing for our lunch break so you can’t eat inside. That’s the craziest thing I’ve ever heard. That should be your prime time. Can’t even get a refill now either.

I usually LOVE Jimmy John's. I made an online order. 2 slim Jim's. 2 chips. And a drink. Because I was traveling. I was hoping the part of the app that "tracks" would have told me when it was actually ready. The person working there today said "I don't have any control over that". That's funny. Cuz the app tells me while you are "working" on my order. One slim Jim looked great. The other. Pretty pitiful. I asked for them to be cut in half. Guess he didn't have control over that either. And even though early this year. I was able to get grey poupon. Apparently now they don't carry that anymore. Thanks Jimmy John's guy for not knowing ANYTHING.

To the guy working at this location by HIMSELF thank you for being so efficient and fast. He had a huge line and was still positive and had good customer service. To the owner - please hire more people. There is no reason why you should have only one employee taking on every single task.
