The only con that I would say is that I wish the staff wouldn’t have to be outside when it’s freezing cold or scorching hot in the summer. I understand it makes things go faster but maybe install a drive thru speaker so staff doesn’t always have to be outside.

I was met by a girl who was outside in freezing weather to take my order on a tablet. She was amazing, friendly, and professional. My problem is that she wasn’t able to keep 100% of the cash tip I gave her. I asked her directly because it’s important to me, since she’s the one outside braving elements. At the very least, these employees outside should be able to keep their tips. Or why not install an intercom or online ordering system while parked instead having workers take on unnecessary risk.

Do you expect me to drive all the way to the window to order!? After I was nearly to the window a worker finally came out to take my order and he was unable to speak— mumbling all the words and so difficult to understand. Finally when I got to the window they tried to give the wrong order. Don’t think I’ll ever come back to this location.

I was in the line for 15 minutes prior to that. I also went to the walk up window before that and they told me to go to the drive thru. I highly dont recommend. Albuquerque locations are fine

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
