I'm being tracked by my phone number and last order. My last order was $21.62 had company over specialty pizzas were great going through pizza withdrawals. Fix the problem so you won't loose customers I'm sure I'm not the only one! Loyal customer 7+years by weekly purchaser .Thank You!

My wife was yelled at for checking the status of the order, which was finished a full 30 minutes before they decided to to relay that it was done according to the Order Tracker online. So thanks for ruining our Sunday night!

After 45 minutes of no change I asked staff and was told order had only been “placed” 30 minutes before and would take another hour to be ready. I cancelled the order. Don’t trust them or the app about when your order will be ready.

I've watched the GM leave her dough making station twice and come back and not wash her hands after touching money and other things and continue making dough. Customers are calling complaining and she keeps telling her employees to hang up the phone . This is the one on St. Francis across from Dunkin doughnuts
