    The food was as we expected. Large portions for about $10 per person. We arrived around 6pm. The eati g area was not tidy having food scrapes on the large table and floor. The drink service tanks with the fruit drinks were all empty. This res6la Ked good situational awareness and leadership to keep the place cleaned up.

    First of all, why aren’t the workers wearing hairnets around the food?? I ordered a burrito, watched the worker make it, and still found a hair in my food????!!! People I know have also had the same experience. This is just nasty.. like I would be okay with it if the workers looked clean.. but they don’t so that makes it even more repulsive!!!! I understand not everyone has proper hygiene but have some decorum!! I would like to bite into a burrito without having to worry about someone’s greasy hair strand in my food. Absolutely disgusting. I will say though, the food itself is pretty good, and bathrooms are nasty as HELL!! I shouldn’t have to squat with my cheeks hanging out to get something to wipe with!! Why is the trash full, pubes on the toilet, and no damn toilet paper!!!!?????? Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! Fix this IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!

    Everytime I come here there’s always hair in the food! truly unbelievable the workers should be wearing hairnets instead of leaving their hair down!! absolutely disgusting and even at that when I complained they were unable to give me a refund. this place needs to get better management and or workers . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE!!!!!

    This is def the worst run chipotle in the country. I nearly lose my mind when I go here. After tonight I’m officially done. Thank you Santa Fe chipotle for being so horrendous that you’re forcing me to not waste my money here any more.

    This place is amazing. The burritos are like tooooo fat. Kinda hard to eat. 😆 but delicious. I enjoy the atmosphere and the service is always pretty good as well. Convenient location as well. Always enough parking when we go there.
