When I opened my bowl, I found an inedible substance mixed in with the food — something that clearly should not have been there. It completely ruined my meal and made me question how clean their kitchen actually is. On top of that, the food itself just tasted off — almost artificial, like it wasn’t fresh or real. The texture and flavor were nothing like what I’ve had before from other locations. For a place that advertises “real ingredients,” this was the exact opposite. I won’t be going back to this location anytime soon. Chipotle really needs to step up its quality control and food safety — no one should have to worry about what they’re biting into.
