    I genuinely don’t understand how this place stays open. From start to finish, the experience was disappointing. The service was painfully slow, and the staff seemed either overwhelmed or uninterested—possibly both. We waited far too long just to be acknowledged, and even longer for food that wasn’t worth the wait.

    Ordered medium heat, bone in wings. They tasted old and had no sauce on them. This place seriously needs to get it together and hire decent cooks.

    Sunday afternoon we stopped in to watch a game and order dinner. After waiting by the empty host stand for 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us I looked around and only saw the bartender working. Eventually someone came over and looked at us like "how did you get in here?" told us it would be (another) 5 to 10 minute wait, so we left. If they're slow in the front of the house I'm sure the back stinks too!

    I put in pants for this? Taps went out after first order. Took 47 min to get order of app. At least they were pretty….well Nevermind. Channels were not on active games but did get to see infomercial on saving for retirement.

    I placed an order today at 11 online through the app, then proceeded to call half an hour before the order was supposed to be ready, asked the status of my order to confirm was told “we’ll have that ready for you shortly” and got cut off mid sentence they had hung up on me, came in to pick up and was told there was no order made for me to pick up
