They are not so friendly no smiles and in a hurry to get you out the door. I went a couple weeks and ordered a large drink and it came half full when corrected I got attitude and refusal to get a full drink “because it will explode “ when I get that drink all the time and never had a issue. Went today ordered a drink and when she repeated it back at the window it was wrong. I Corrected it and she said she fixed it but they were already making the drink. They gave me that same drink and I asked if it was correct I was told yes. Left and take a drink and it’s the same drink I saw her making. Had to go back and when I did received attitude like I was in the wrong for asking to make the correct drink. A little training for this new crew seems to be needed

She is always so cheerful, kind, and welcoming, and it honestly makes my day every time I see her. Today I ordered a coffee for myself and a pup cup (really for my daughter 😄), and when I explained that, they went above and beyond and made me a whole new whipped cream cup just for her. That kind of kindness and attention means so much. Thank you, Haley, for being such a bright light and for making every visit special! ☕

What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
