  First time to Chipotle, 04-23-26..I got a carne barbacoa burrito and my wife got chicken and beef soft tacos. Pretty big servings but the only issue was the meat was not warm. Everything else was tasty.

  They must sneak something into their food that isn't listed in the ingredients, which is disturbing for people with food sensitivities/allergies. I always have trouble after Chipotle and this was the last straw.

  Got my food after a 16 hour shift didn’t check my food till I got home and they didn’t even put my lettuce and barely put any chicken rice and beans I got half a bowl worth of food and they forgot the lettuce never going here again

  Very busy location with great staff but dirty tables. Staff were helpful and speedy with our order, and checked to make sure a allergen was not in one of the ingredients. The location was busy and many of the tables left were either dirty or only had two chairs, so be sure to get your seating quick if you have a large party. The ingredients were fresh and the burrito was pretty good like any other chipotle, though the tortilla felt a bit off. The complimentary chips were also nice, and if you join the rewards program you can get guacamole for free.

  Honestly, I’m not the type to go out and rant on my keyboard about an experience I had. However, this evening, the experience I had at my local Santa Fe chipotle was honestly just sad. I felt the need to share this with possible eyeballs that may read it. You’d expect somewhat poor quality service from a fast food joint later on in the evening. You could also say that this ideology is sad, almost know it to be true. I’m not gonna speculate as to why, but I do believe there is a level of standard of business should up hold. Dirty floors, dirty counters, dirty looks, outright poor service. Listen, I’m from Santa Fe. I’ve got some pretty thick skin. I’m not saying my feelings are hurt or anything of the kind. I’m just genuinely disappointed in how this place is being managed. As well as the criteria of staff that is being hired. I hope people read this and think - “wow this guy is really levelheaded, and not a Karen.”
