  I had a terrible experience at this Subway. The worker was extremely rude and refused to make my sandwich. When I asked to speak with the manager she told me I could only go online and acted as if she were the owner of the store. I left feeling very unwelcome. I hope they improve their customer service. 3/18/2026

  This subway closes at 7pm at a TA truck stop... This has to be the dumbest thing Ive ever seen at a truck stop to close at dinner time at a TA.... who the hell does this anywhere?? WONT EVER STOP HERE AGAIN.. TRUCKERS DONT FUEL HERE IF YOU WANT SOMETHING TO EAT

  Stopped at this Subway around 10:40 AM and the experience was ridiculous from the start. I walked up to the counter and the employee didn’t greet me, acknowledge me, or say a single word — just stood there acting like I wasn’t even there. After a moment I finally had to ask if they were even open. I wanted to order two sandwiches, one being a meatball sub so I also asked if they had meatballs as none were in the warming area. I was told they “don’t put the meatballs out until after 11,” and that even then they still have to heat up. I travel the country driving an 18-wheeler and have been to hundreds of Subway locations. Never — not once — have I been told meatballs are only available after a certain time. I’ve ordered a meatball sub at 6 AM before without any issue. It honestly felt less like a real policy and more like an employee who simply didn’t want to do the work or a store making up its own rules. If you’re open, you should be ready to serve the menu — not picking and choosing when you feel like making certain sandwiches. Completely unprofessional experience.
