- ZZZombieJul 12, 20251.0One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had at a Subway. I stopped by today to grab a sandwich. There were two employees working — one older and one very young. After the younger girl finished making my sandwich, I politely asked her not to cut it, as I prefer to take it whole. She replied, “I don’t have any paper to wrap it like that.” I said that it’s totally fine — I’ll just take it uncut. Instead, she went ahead and cut it anyway, looked annoyed, and said, “This is the only way we serve it,” then pushed the sandwich toward me without care. I was honestly shocked. This is the first Subway where I’ve ever been treated with such rudeness. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. It wasn’t a big request — just a simple customer preference that was completely ignored.
