- DEDrea EstrdaJun 11, 20251.0DONT COME HERE! I was standing in line behind a couple placing an order for 35 sandwiches when the staff began displaying a rude attitude toward them. Additionally, the staff were openly talking and complaining about the customers right in front of everyone. Then, the staff skipped their order to help us first. While I can understand this to some extent due to the abrupt way they were told to wait, it was still unprofessional. When it was our turn, I forgot to ask for avocado initially, which meant they had to run and get more because they didn’t have enough on hand. At that moment, an older gentleman who wasn’t assisting me stopped what he was doing to lecture me with a condescending attitude about why I should have asked for avocado first. I responded respectfully, explaining that I noticed but that the ingredient isn’t visible, and I would remember next time. To make matters worse, a fly 🪰landed on my sandwich right in front of this man. I informed him repeatedly, but he did nothing until I mentioned it a fourth time. There was no apology or replacement offered for the contaminated sandwich. This experience was extremely disappointing. I will definitely not be returning, and I intend to share this experience with others.
