Worst sonic I have ever been to. We didn't even get to order any food because they took no joke an hour and a half to answer. It was our fault for not checking the reviews first because everyone says it's horrible and believe them, go somewhere else to eat don't waste your time here.

Problems were not solved. I waited almost 20 minutes for my food after my food arrived my pretzel was burnt requested them to fix it (they never put the order in!) waited another 15 minutes as I was waiting I watched three other vehicles pull in push the button proceed to be ignored and then leave. Quality of service is horrendous and terrible business management. Also, watched the one employee take a smoke break while I waited 5 minutes for someone to respond to the pushed red button. And it's assumed it was THAT employee as there's no staff.

We DoorDashed a route 44 Strawberry slush add nerds. They literally sent nerd slush water. They did not send any strawberry at all. Pure laziness on Sonic’s part. Wish I could rate lower.

We ordered online and checked in, it then took 40 minutes and we had to call them to make them bring our food out. They were really rude about it and had a snobby attitude. We said no mustard on our burgers and they put double mustard and no ketchup on both burgers. I was chewing on the ice of my drink and I found a fingernail. I really do not like this place anymore. I’m gonna start going to the McDonald’s next-door, and I would recommend you do too. One more thing to add is that the fries were completely cold and they came out and they forgot the sauce.
