I walked into the establishment to order dine in and saw all of the employees on their phone. The worker who took my order did not know what she was doing and almost overcharged me for an extra drink. When I did receive my food, it was horrible. The skin of the potato was tough like a construction workers hands, and the chicken tenders and fries were cold.The dining room appeared like it had not been cleaned at all. Then when I walked out, I told the employee thank you and she did not even acknowledge me because she was on her phone. The burger was the only good part of my visit.

Ordered in the drive thru. No cars ahead or behind me. When I drove up to pay, the person at the window only greeted me with my total, then began shoving things through the window. As we checked the small package for our entire order, I realized they forgot one of the two burgers I had ordered. I had to walk in to get the burger. It was handed to me and was cold. I’m not trying to make a stink so I just left. We got home to find the 10 piece nuggets were only 8 piece. They shoved 5 sauces in the bag, most of them were punctured. The fries were not full

So i went in not to long ago and the manager is just out right rude to the employee working in the front, for a bit when i’d go in with my family i’d see the bigger set manager always being rude to the cashier for very little reasons. Our food was also messed up the other night when we went and the same manager was very rude and disrespectful when we wanted our burger remade instead of given sides of the things we were missing in a bowl. I do not recommend this store at all.
