The food itself is about as comparable to any other mcdonald's, but the theme was decent but i did expect more being It was in roswell... All in all don't go out your way to visit but it's is on ur route n need food anyways then it's ok place to stop.

While at the drive-thru window, an employee named Amaya was very rude. She snatched my card out of my hand and handed my reciept and card back with attitude, and when I calmly asked for her name, she slammed the window shut in my face. I then asked to speak with the manager, Vanessa. While she did apologize, the situation was not handled appropriately. After closing the door, she simply told the employee, “You need to be nice, girl,” and the situation was essentially laughed off, as if it were not serious. On top of this, we were given a Sprite that was clearly out—it tasted like straight carbonation with no syrup. Overall, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic quality control was very disappointing. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed properly.

The neon lights at night are awesome, and seeing the classic characters like Grimace and the Hamburglar in space suits inside is a total trip. It’s definitely quirky and a great spot for photos. Plus, it’s a nice break from the standard "cookie-cutter" buildings you see everywhere else!
