I understand its shift change and not everything is fresh but for the love of Christ. Fire the damn general manager. My food was cold by the time I got it, I sat in the drive through line while they parked other people, I even witnessed a woman who go out and walked in to complain because she was waiting for her food for a while aswell. The staff at this location are rude and the general manager clearly cannot keep business running during a shift change.
