- KMKaren MarksNov 3, 20251.0Dunkin probably has the worst customer service you can imagine. I frequently go in and the dirty looks you get from the staff are very unwelcoming. I stood at the counter and all the staff saw me never greeted me. I had to say loudly excuse me and even then they just look at you they dont even ask how they can help. It all falls on management and maybe the corporation needs to be aware of all the staff. Its a get your drink and get out type of environment. I'd suggest some staff training on customer service. I own my own business and if my staff acted such as. I would defiantly not be in business.

She finally had to have somebody come over and help her and that just made her more confused. And then they messed up my wife's coffee. Needs more training in this place.
