Our food was atrocious, first of all, I ordered 2 of the same burger combos (one single, one double) and they managed to make one wrong, the beef had a horrible freezer burned taste, everything was ICE COLD, like REALLY cold, cheese wasn't melted on sandwiches. Fries were pale and cold, and the onion rings were cold and hard. It's my own fault I've had negative experiences here before, but I figured hey I'll try again! Nope most definitely will not be going back.
- AMAbi MDec 11, 20251.0Went to get some food and the lady at the drive thru didn’t ask what size I wanted and just said “I have your total at the window” after I said I’d like a large she got upset and decided to hand me my soda filled too much so it got all over my jacket, car, and when I asked for napkins she got upset at ME like she didn’t hand me a soda bomb for asking for the size I wanted. There are so many fast food places around here and the disrespect will guarantee I’ll never be back I’ll just get it from whataburger from now on. Thanks for not wanting my money!

Every time I go and need that ice cream birthday cake or I will just die because my son just has to have it. Yes, I am one of those non planners late for everything impossible people. Yet when I get to your store or talk to you on the phone usually they will do anything because I am nice and can accept the word no when I am told it won't be possible. And I will still be your best friend and smile and ask what I can do for you. Yeah, I know "I am one of those" 'people'. They have been doing a terrific job and they are usually about 90% of the time able to come up with exactly what I need the same day I need it. Or at least something very creative to do insead. They are always pleasant I mean really nice, not fake nice. I think they are one of the places in town you can go and get good customer service still.
