Each time I pick up my order, it seems someone else has taken it from the rack, and I’ve had to wait for my order to be redone. It’s happened multiple times now, and unfortunately, there’s rarely any acknowledgment or apology from the staff. I really hope they improve their system so that others don’t have the same experience.
