He was rude so I got down to go get my money back. Some other girl gave me another thing of bacon while Dominic thought it was funny That I got down to complain I’ve gotten things before where they’re shabby and Very small portions size pay too much money for them to not put enough as it should be I’ve never complained before, but after you spend so much money, it gets tiring and then your employees are rude off hand I didn’t want to complain, but I work hard for my money So when I stopped to get something to eat, I expect it to be worth my money. I called corporate, but nobody answers It’s a shame I have to find a new location to get donuts and food

I would not stand by while the rude, entitled woman on her phone berated one of the employees because she didn't like the coffee she was served. It was important enough to her to reduce the young woman to tears, but not enough to get off her phone and engage with them like human beings. I hope she was the last horrible customer you had today, and I hope you all realize that you do not have to take abuse from anyone, ever

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
