Everyone was standing around playing and not even making drinks. I understand the place can get busy but there were 2 cars next to me and one had their drinks. I kept hearing one girl from the other lane call out to whoever was taking orders and she took so long. We have visited another location and i know you have higher expectations than that.

We drove away with nothing They weren’t that busy either.

These kids had me waiting in the line with no order takers for over five minutes and there was only 2-3 cars in the drivethru. I thought speed was one of your guys’ specialties. Once I pull in I see a bunch of workers just chatting and laughing. Some are cleaning but we all know customers come first. I spent over 15 mins in such a short line because there seems to be no flow of work. Why do all of the employees look like kids? Are there ever any adults here to overlook? Doesn’t seem like it.
