  Very upset, I usually always come to location because I am always treated nice by the staff upon ordering, but today march 26th 2026 I walked in at about 11:36 am and the man who was gonna take my order made a noise with his mouth like almost upset that I was about to order, he did not greet me and was hesitant to take my order, I had to greet him as he was taking of his headphone. Again I never have issues with the staff but his energy was not there as if he hated working there.

  Yesterday I was in the drive thru over an hour for cone day. Noone tried to take my order before getting up to window. Several customers were yelling due to crowded parking. Ice cream cones were melted ice cream and cones. Waste of my time should have went to North store which I usually do just went to this one because it was closer to home . Never again.

  I'm a very understanding person but everything about this restaurant was bad and got worse and worse today. I was in the drive through from 230ish until 421. I was cursed at from people in parking lot who couldn't back out because we were all stuck in lines extending into the traffic on the streets. I was at the ordering window for 33 minutes long enough to see all the roaches and hear rude things said by employees.I was going to order some food but Noone ever greeted me said I could order I said hello severalntimes no answer. By the way when I arrived there was only 7 vehicles in front of me and I was there so long!! While I was waiting at the ordering window this bus filled with special needs showed up and 3 of them already got out and went to go inside but we're waiting and one of the workers opened the back door looking out and yelled the damn speds are here and I saw the sad look on their faces and they left to go to the other dairy queen they said. When I arrived to the wondow I was told I could order food and that the speaker wasn't working. I went to start ordering food and was asked to get back in line so the food could be made I cancelled the order and I asked for 4 cones for the free cone day and I was told I could only have 3 because he could only see 3 of us but one of my children way laying down in the back he was tired. Anyway I took the 3 and went to give mine up and the ice cream was so melted 1 lick from my 9 year old and it fell off onto the carpet. My daughter went to lick hers and tilted it toward her and went down her shirt and then the last cone we didn't really the cone was soggy at the bottom and leaked all over my youngest who we woke up for his ice cream. I was so upset I didn't want to go in or get back in line we went to the dairy queen north and we were greeted at ordering menu and I complained to a manager at the drive through window he was kind and understanding and apologized and made me feel better he didn't see my youngest but I showed him the ice cream spills and he didn't question my son in the 3rd row and gave us the 4 cones we asked I even offered to show him family pictures he said no need and wished us a safe better dday! By the way his drive through was packed and we got through in 6 minutes !!!!!! Love dairy queen north manager and staff are wonderful! Dairy Queen north didn't have melted ice cream! Their parking lot is wonderful! Better all around! Also they gave reciept! Meant to said dairy queen on 2nd street didnt even give reciept.

  Dirty place and nasty food always cold I would rather eat raw fish than eat this place
