  Our order got lost. Then they brought us someone else's order. Then said it was busy so it was taking a while. There was never more than one car in the drive thru and maybe a quarter of the stalls being used. It took 30 min for two shakes.

  Usually I enjoy this sonic and their service. However the last two times I have come they have messed up my order. I order through the app the same thing every time, a sprite, mozzarella sticks, grilled cheese and an Ultimate Meat and Cheese Burrito. The Burrito is only supposed to have cheese, egg, sausage and tots in it, but it ends up having jalapeño in it which I have never asked to add on. The first time this happened they were super kind about it and remade the burrito like it is supposed to be. However, the second time it happened, my grilled cheese was on burger buns? Which isn’t a huge deal to me but come on.. anyways, I had asked for the burrito to be remade because once again they added jalapeños on it, they were super sus about it, i didn’t get told if the burrito could get remade they just took it. Yet, they were able to remake the burrito, but this time it had diced onions in it.. which once again is not originally part of the burrito. The app says both of those are “add ons” but i have never selected those to be on my burrito. Do better.

  They’ve eliminated the stalls all but like 3. And when you go to order in the stall - they never respond. They just turn off the light. They only took my order at the drive thru. No sign nothing. It was really annoying.

  Ordered online in the app. Waited for approximately 1 hour before I got the food. Had to call and ask about my order or I would've probably waited forever. Person I called said I wasn't even on anyone's list since they handed out orders wrong. If anyone is reading this post, just go through the drive through or they'll forget you.

  I placed an order and should have been ready by 8:55 PM However, I did not receive my order until 9:29pm Service sucks. . . . Managers need to get on there subordinates and push these orders out on time. Sad thing was they weren't even busy!!! Sadly my fries was over cooked and hard, lettuce was brown, burger wasn't put together right like it was . Never again!!!!
