The fries deserve their own spotlight: perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and served in those famously generous portions. Whether you go for regular or Cajun style, they’re consistently spot-on.

- COChris OMar 21, 20261.0Quite possibly the worst service I have ever had. I waited for 5 minutes at the online ordering side to pick up my order. Staff looked at me multiple times and had said nothing. Finally someone comes and asks me for a name, gave a name, and they had said it'll be right out. Another 10 minutes had gone by and noticed many people who had ordered after me. He'd been getting their orders before me. Finally asked again if my order was ready, they had the gull to lie and say, oh I didn't know, It'll be right out. Seeing this, they had my order on the prepping table the whole time! That fact that I felt so disrespected, just makes me not want to go into this chain ever again!

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
