Corporate later offered “resolution” only if I joined their Rewards app, tying compensation to marketing instead of addressing food safety. Unsafe food + no accountability. Never returning.

I have never had service like from a GM in a fast food restaurant. I will refer all of my customers and friends to definitely visit this location. Got home my double cheeseburger wasn't a double. He mistakenly charged me for a combo which I didn't order The baconator was just threwen on my bun. Very sloppy I didn't want to drive all the way back. Check your order before you leave. No way to get a refund on baconator that was supposed to be a double but wasn't. Plus he put my receipt on the counter and never gave me one
