Everything about this place screams 5 stars. The lady working the window was AMAZING! Very sweet individual, we did only have 2 or 3 things missing from our order but it’s not their fault we ordered a BOAT LOAD of food for a family function. Understandable! So we pulled to the front and I went in to see if I could have my order complete, the man up front who appears to be the manager his name was Omar was very rude in his service! Complete attitude and disrespect towards a customer that just spent well over 60 dollars at his establishment. In my opinion I think the girl at the window would’ve done a better job at managing!! She was very kind and attentive and even came to the counter and apologized for the mix up! Omar. Do better buddy. We all have off days but that shouldn’t affect how you treat customers. This would’ve been a 5 stars review but just that one interaction completely changed it.

Food quallity is wildly inconsistent. I learned the hard way to always check my order before leaving. I've had some very unpleasant surprises. Seems like they have a large turn over of. employees this store has a fantastic location for business. Intersection of highway & major street. I attribute the poor quality of food & service to incompetent local management. These. Guys really don't care . How they treat their customers

Ordered a baconator. It came out with a stale bun and only one patty. Went back through the drive through. Staff states that the baconator only comes with one patty unless you order more. Menu with accompanying photo states that it should have two. Internet search states that it should have two. Online menu states that it should have two. Staff continued to insist that it was only one and did not rectify issue. Is this a small problem? Sure. It’s the principle of the issue. Dislike spending money and counting on flaky and poorly trained people when I’m in a rush. Won’t come back. Whataburger is next door anyway for next time.
