  Their tacos are really good, but the salsas make them — spicy and on point. The bartender is friendly and courteous. If you’re looking for a place to grab a drink or two, I definitely recommend it. The bar area does have loud music, but they also offer restaurant seating that’s more family-friendly and better for conversation. My favorite item is the barbacoa quesadilla with sautéed onions — the onions complement the barbacoa perfectly and bring everything together in a rich, savory way that’s seriously delicious.

  I placed my order online and it was accurate!!! I drove through the drive thru to pick it up and everyone was polite plus the service was speedy and superb, that’s what I call SS (Super Sport)!!! I parked and went in real quick for some extra spice at the salsa bar I spotted from the drive-thru!!! The atmosphere was chill and the food was fire!!! Thanks everybody for a positive experience!!!

  It’s good some days and others it’s not. Fish tacos are ok. I went through the drive through and ordered plain fries with chicken tacos. I drove up to the second window and was told an order back to me, fish tacos and asada fries? No regular plain fries. The man repeated the order over and over but I asked for chicken tacos. Haha it’s cool I got to eat the fish tacos and I just wouldn’t go there for those there’s nothing special to them. Their birria is good and asada not the fish.

  Very upset the carne asada fries are now half the size they used to be. Even more disappointing that when I ask the gentlemen at the window if they decreased the portion, he tells me "no its always been the same". Food is delicious, just unfortunate that tap n taco changed the portion but the price stayed the same!

  Tap and Taco is truly something special. The food is amazing, but what really sets this place apart is the kindness of the owners. They go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated, treating customers more like family than guests. Their generosity and genuine care shine through in everything they do, and it creates an atmosphere you don’t find very often. Pair that with some of the best food in New Mexico, and you have a place worth supporting again and again. Thank you Joel
