Finally I give up after sitting where the employees could clearly see me. I leave and magically they answer she apologized and I was told I would receive a refund. Come to find out by Sergio the franchise owner who ever I talked to isn't even authorized to do a refund. And he was NOT willing to give me a refund either, basically calling me a liar, saying he will check his cameras excuse me his HD cameras to see if they made the sandwiches or not. (not like that should matter). I didn't receive the food nor the service I requested. Apparently ordering sandwiches to specification at SUBWAY doesn't justify a refund,Its not even about the money at this point. They hire lying teenagers don't tell someone they're getting a refund when you clearly don't even know how to do so,Lsi it's a franchise so he can do whatever he wants. Unbelievable.
