  The employees are rude they always mess up orders 😒 it always looks dirty inside and out. It's always an hour wait at the least..Thomas i give u a 👍 up you always made me smile with you up beat greeting! They need to replace all staff.

  I park and order. The past 2 times this place has forgot something of mine. I tell them and they never come with my missing item so I just leave after 10+minutes. If you need a spoon or straw don't expect them to have any extras with them.

  This location really needs to be shut down. Ive given this location a few tries and they fail. Every. Single. Time. This time is the last straw and I won't be coming back. I waited almost a whole hour for our food for me to figure out it was sitting there ready for us for a while, but no one brought it out to us. We pressed the button for us to be ignored so i had to wait until someone walked out for me to ask. Once I asked, the food was brought out right away. Of course our food was cold. My 1 year old was so upset the whole time waiting for food. for me to figure out it was just sitting there, infuriated me being a mom of a hungry child. Everyone else around us was getting their food no problem. Don't waste your time here, go to McDonald's or something.

  Love the food, but the service needs a major overhaul. Most locations are staffed by teens who don't seem to have much supervision or professional training. Between the bad attitudes and the incorrectly prepared food, it's clear there is a lack of management. I love the menu, but it’s frustrating to wait while employees socialize instead of working. Better management is needed to help these young workers succeed.
