No spoon, no apology. The blast itself is half melted ice cream with a handful of M&Ms just tossed on top, not mixed at all. Worst Sonic I have ever visited.

I kindly asked that the order be remade because the food was cold at the point of return. They only remade the item they forgot. On top of all that, the food didn’t taste great (besides the temperature). I won’t be returning to this Sonic, if any.

Everytime the little girl opened the window she laughed like something was funny. Very upset. Customer service skills suck over there and they all need more training. Won't be returning. Train the kids better or hire adults.
