Stood at counter for like 10 minutes with no response just looked at me. Then a girl (I think), came to counter and asked for my name for the order. Then proceeded to put stickers on a dozen empty boxes, then went to retrieve my pizza. Will not be back. All 5-6 people working but no one at the counter😳😡

I do not recommend spending your money at this location. When my family and I ordered pizza, it came out with no sauce, was overcooked, and was extremely dry. A topping we paid for was also missing. When I returned to address the issue, the female manager ( no name tag) responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner, yelling across the counter while saying she would remake the order. Due to the way the situation was handled, I did not feel comfortable accepting the replacement order. Customer service should never make guests feel uneasy or disrespected, especially when concerns are being calmly addressed. I also reached out to Rahim Samji, District Manager at Papa John’s, but did not receive a response. Based on this experience, I feel my concerns were not taken seriously. I’m sharing this as a community warning so others are aware before choosing to spend their money here. So sad!

Absolutely need to let the whole world know about the🗣️ Superstar⭐ at this location and her amazing team. Let's give it up for Miss 👑AALIYAH ❤️ The way she bringing in the new year with not just this amazing pizza she did for my sister who just dropped a baby early but this WINNING ATTITUDE🫶🏿💪🏿 and the wonderful team that supported her to get it there after delivery of the baby. It is so moving. It is so appreciated. My level of gratitude for this kind of customer service is blown through the roof. This isn't just pizza. This is a real family with real love in everything they do for their customers. Thank you to this wonderful team and the staff that treated us like real family. You have my service forever ❤️ I wish I had a picture of the cookie too they sent, this level of service is breath taking! 🥰😘🫳🏿🎤

Michael took our order! He was very kind & friendly! He also made sure we got the best deal! We also appreciated the free small pizza for the kids because they colored in the papa John's turkey sheets! My kids loved doing that! Thank you Papa John's!
