Tonight I was like what the heck let's see if they have improved since last year or whenever. Nope same old bs. Employees who are pissed off you even showed up, wrong sauces with order, nuggets not fresh and it's more expensive than eating elsewhere, by the way why are you guys so stingy with sauces to begin with. You look at other restaurants that are "THRIVING" ie, Chic fil a, Freddy's anywhere really and they just hook it up crazy. I digress. We used to love McDonald's, hell I think everyone grew up with it and has fond memories as kids but those days are long gone. With so many better places to eat at nowadays why would we choose McDonald's anymore? Well we don't. Way to expensive, poor service if any because you have to place your order at kiosks, orders are always wrong, food isn't fresh and you have to haggle and pay for an extra sauce if you want one then they just give you the wrong one anyways. Way to much trouble and there is just too many other good places to eat at. This is why you guys are struggling with sales. Don't bother sending any generic responses. We're pretty much done at this point. You guys have lost all touch with the average American and I know plenty others feel the same way.
