From having some of the most friendliest employees like Ashlee and E, to making the drinks exactly how I want and on top of that they’re very quick and professional! - LRLala RoseDec 13, 20251.0I stopped in to get a drink today because a friend said they were there and they wanted to purchase me something. When I stopped by, I witnessed two different customers whose card had declined because of the machine one customer caught it on their own and was able to pay for the drink before walking away, but there was another man there that we were with that had been waiting for his drink for quite some time, and when he realized they were behind the counter, he went and let them know those were his. There were two very caddy women behind the counter that all the customers could hear outside while they were talking about the customer. It made it very uncomfortable, trying to see how the staff belittled the customer. There was one shift lead manager that was able to defuse the situation and talked to our friend with some class, but as far as the mannerism and treatment from the other employees I thought it was insane. Especially considering the guy had been waiting for quite some time and was never even notified that his drinks weren’t paid for. Anytime I’ve worked in retail. I’ve been told to let the customer know that the part decline before making their drink. They made him pay again for the drinks. He said he’d already paid for it because they said that they made them anyway, and he still needed to pay again. The coffee is good. It’s unfortunate that this is how their employees treat customers but I’m glad I was here to see this altercation because I’m here quite a bit. But I go through the drive-through so maybe that’s why I don’t see as many customer employee interactions. Of course the drinks are great, they’d be fired if they messed up drinks as calculated and measured as they are.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
