Stood there for 10 minutes. Several customers behind me were taken care of, and of course all the flavors I wanted were now gone. I got back in line and kindly asked the cashier what the procedure was and told her what happened. She said they were busy and then took my order. She completed it, then gave my order to another associate to give to me. Need better training!
