I asked for iced coffee with cream and sugar free hazelnut flavor shot. Got to the window and all they had was an iced coffee. She took it back and added the cream. Asked for sugar packets and she handed me stevia. Really? Dunkin doesn't have sugar packets?If she can't identify sugar that's even worse. When I finally tasted my coffee, it was just coffee and cream. No hazelnut. I was really bummed.

I got strawberry sprinkle and vanilla sprinkle, there isn't enough icing, they have big indentions on top of the donuts and they taste like vinegar. This was my third time here, trying to see if they having an off day one day, but now I know it's all the time. I won't be back.
