  I filed a complaint online as there was no manager in store. No follow up, not surprised employees were very unprofessional and argued with me about the national coupons of the mix and match saying if I got two items one item MUST BE A SIDE. uhm... that coupon is a million years old and no it doesnt so anyways I placed my order online while standing in the store because it was not worth arguing over anymore. I had hungry kinds and wanted to get on with my night. After all this my pizzas were not made correctly. I paid extra for extra cheese on all yhree pizzas. and there was not even the regular amount of cheese on two of my pizzas. So frustrating.

  Randy the "GM" is extremely rude. It's a hit and miss on accuracy of your order here at this location. And if they do mess up, Randy has attitude and doesn't even apologize. If you reach out to dominos.com to leave a review, they'll respond with "reach out to the store since since they are locally owned." I understand shit happens, but as a supposed GM, at least apologize and try to find a solution. I called about an issue with an order, Randy was going to fix the issue but that would have to be with me first getting charged a delivery fee. She needs customer service 101. They must be desperate for workers since this lady is the GM.

  Dry, cold, and very little cheese. Dominos in San Mateo is way better. I don't want your dumb comment either about you appreciating feedback because since I moved to rio rancho a year ago this has been the same.

  Last night a cold pizza was delivered. I like my pizza hot. When I called today to inform them of my unfortunate experience I got a very rude woman named Zoey. It's so crazy that this person is actually the manager bc she has zero customer service skills. I didn't want my money back...all I wanted was a hot pizza bc that's what I paid for. Zoey was so self-righteous she couldn't admit a mistake was made so she made it clear she would rather lose me as a customer than send me a hot pizza. As someone who understands business I know losing a customer is going to cost the business more money than the cost it takes to remake a pizza. She did let me know it was my choice to never order from them again. THANK YOU, Captain Obvious! Smdh. Please don't give your business to this Dominoes location. They don't care about customer service.
