  I usually love Dairy Queen, but this location has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve tried three times to get the “2 for $6 cupcakes,” and each time there’s been an excuse: first, they were “out of stock,” then I was told they wouldn’t be ready until 4:30 PM even though I saw them being made, and most recently, I ordered at 5 PM and was again told they were out of stock. If cupcakes are being made at 4:30, they should absolutely be available by 5. This repeated inconsistency is disappointing and shows a complete lack of reliability, making it impossible to trust this location for advertised items.

  Madelayne at the front idk if she’s new but she had no customer service manners at all, I asked for a part of my order to be remade and she tried to cover it up as she made a new one for me. Also their parking lot had a funky smell to it as well!

  Tried ordering on the App a chocolate soft serve dipped in cherry cone but the app said the store was closed at 830. Went through drive through and they are open. Tried ordering same thing and they say they cant make it because of cross contamination even though the app let's me do it. Get a blizzard and try to pay and now they dont take Discover or Capital One. Nobody can explain either situation. A bunch of kids running the place with no adult supervision.

  The food was delicious. I had the $7.00 burger, fries, soda AND an ice cream with chocolate. What a deal. Jazmin was super nice. I saw her attending to other people as well (elder people 😊).

  Google says the drive through closes at 10 PM. Pulled up to the drive through lane at 9:22 PM and there were cones out. Tried to call the restaurant and no one answered the phone.So much for getting a sweet treat. Just ended up wasting gas 👍🏻
