I stood at the front for about five minutes without receiving any acknowledgment. Not a single employee looked up from their tasks or greeted me. I observed that the employees were wearing AirPods. To add to my frustration, I was the only customer there waiting, with no phones ringing or any other distractions. This experience was extremely disappointing. I've never encountered such poor service before. I traveled from Bernalillo, and I would prefer to drive further into Albuquerque to buy an ice cream cake from Baskin-Robbins or even another ice cream shop. Clearly, training is necessary. If I hadn't prepaid for my cake, I would have left. Even then, I'm not sure if the employees would have noticed or cared.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
